Pricing for my (Chiiri_h’s) commissions are NON-NEGOTIABLE.All commissions unless stated otherwise are calculated by the hour. For commissions with an up front fee, the fee must be paid up front prior to work beginning. Should the total cost of the commission be lower than the up front fee, only the up front fee shall be charged.Sketches: 17 USD per hour

Includes one (1) animated versionSculptures and props are discussed on a case by case basis due to material and time constraints. All sculptures have a minimum 150 USD up front fee for materials. Revisions, Cancellations, and Holds

Holds are done in cases of external circumstances either on the artist or client's part that prevent the finishing of a piece for a period of time. These commissions will be temporarily set aside until the situation resolves and can be finished, during which time others clients' work may be done in the meantime.Holds are NOT indefinite and do not allow clients or potential clients to 'cash in' a commission slot at any time to circumvent the first come first serve policy.Revisions that are not an error on my part as the artist will be an additional $15 dollars each. Design changes after finalization, poses, clothing, colors, additions, etc that were not in the original design and added after finalization of the sketch will count as revisions.In the event of a cancellation or forfeiting your commission slot, you will be charged for all work done until that point and an invoice sent as normal with all work done until that point. Should the client choose to continue work, it will be placed at the back of my queue. Cancellations will NOT be guaranteed to be accepted to continue the piece.You, the client, may cancel a commission at any time. There are no refunds for cancellations.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you hereby agree to the following terms and services outlined below. Failure to abide by the terms and services of the commission agreement may result in additional charges sent via invoice as well as the cancellation of current work, rejection of future work, blacklisting, and or bans from my discord servers and or social media pages.AI training, alterations, or other uses of AI or NFTS of any kind with my work will result in immediate blacklisting from future work and cancellation of any ongoing work. Each use of AI / NFTs per image will incur a 250 $ USD charge on top of the price of the work at time of any use.Client(s) must inform the artist (Chiiri_h) of any deadlines or time constraints PRIOR to work beginning.Commission slots are first come, first serve regardless of the size, complexity, or subject matter of a piece.All commissions are for personal use only unless negotiated prior to reservation of a slot. At this time, I am NOT accepting slots for commercial or merchandise use. Clients may NOT resell their pieces or auction them unless discussed prior.You, the client, must provide your email for invoice purposes prior to work beginning on a piece as well as any needed references. Commission work will not be started until these are provided. References may be reference sheets, color palettes, poses, compositions, etc. Failure to provide references or email will result in the forfeiture of your slot.Failure to communicate for longer than 2 weeks will result in the cancellation of your commission.Once linework has begun on a piece, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be made to pieces where a client has not brought revisions or unsatisfactory areas to the artist's attention.For NSFW pieces, client(s) must confirm they are 18 years of age or older.
